Self Improvement


It doesn’t matter what your goals are as long as you have them. Sometimes we want to get somewhere but we just don’t know where to start. I have found the best course of action is to just jump in and do things one at a time. It doesn’t matter which one you start with. You just need to pick one. You will find that everything else will fall into place from there.
I choose to start fixing my life by making a list of what I wanted. It started with the usual things. Start going to bed at a normal time. Wake up early, start eating better, etc. When I was done with my list I felt proud of myself. Then I thought to myself, wait, I have done this before and I did not follow through. I need to do something different this time. I decided to write down my reasons for why I wanted to do the tasks on my list. I made it personal and detailed. That was the solution for me. I wrote out my list with all of my why’s and all of a sudden the how became very easy.
Start today and change your tomorrow forever.
